Scientific advisory committee

An independent Scientific Advisory Committee, appointed by the CF Trust carries out peer review of the Consortium.

The current members are:-

Professor Stuart Elborn (chair): School of Medicine Queen's University of Belfast and Belfast City Hospital

Mr Aaron Brown: CF Trust Patient Representative

Professor Pierre Lehn: Professor of Molecular Cell Biology Faculty of Medicine University of Western Brittany

Professor Gerry McElvaney: Department of Medicine, Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland

Mrs Donna Harcombe: CF Trust Parent Representative

Mrs Nikki Samsa: CF Trust Parent Representative

Professor Brandon Wainwright: Director of the Institute for Molecular Bioscience, University of Queensland
